ShelBi Street café becomes “The End”

Fountain Square mainstay ShelBi Street CaFe & Bistro in the Fountain Square Theatre Building at 1105 Prospect St., has closed, only to reopen at the End of the Line Public House. The renamed restaurant opened in early December with a gastropub-style menu and a focus on craft beer.

The menu now features such items as glazed Denver-style lamb ribs, $7, and bite-size brie en croute with raspberry sauce, $7. It also features such sandwiches as brisket burgers and a “Blazin’ Asian” chicken sandwich, both $10, in addition to vegetarian sandwiches, pizzas and the café’s popular gingham salad, $5 and $8.

The End is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday, 9 a.m. to midnight Saturday and9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. For more info, go to fountainsquareindy.com.
