New chef, dinner menu at Rook

Although they faced a hectic day behind the scenes, Rook’s Carlos Salazar and Ed Rudisell were happy with the new, expanded dinner menu — and with good reason.

The new menu, which launched today, features a great assortment of Asian-inspired dishes, including a pig face hash ($10) that’s just delicious. And the Thai sour sausage dumplings ($6) were tasty as well.

The menu includes a variety of options, from small plates to entree-size portions — including ramen dish that I can’t wait to try.
