Cafe and market to open on East Washington Street

Has anyone else been watching this little place and waiting for it to open? Pia Urban Cafe & Market is having its grand opening event April 23.
I’m looking forward to the Puerto Rican coffee and the medianoche, a sandwich that’s similar to a Cubano but often smaller and made with a sweet bread (and maybe eaten as a midnight snack — hence, “medianoche”).
Anyway, it’s at 2834 E. Washington St. and is a great addition to the neighborhood!
