According to Chefs’ Night Off coordinator RJ Wall, chefs participating in the second in a series of pop-up dinners include Erin Till, director of operations at Neal Brown Hospitality Group; Rachel Hanson, sous chef at the JW Marriott; and Vinnie Salas, manager at Goose the Market. Mixologists for the event will be Adam Hayden, Michael Toscano and Ryan Puckett of The Libertine, with guest mixologist Adam Ramsey of The Rail in Bloomington.
The first Chefs’ Night Off dinner sold out, and the second is now sold out as well. That one will include two seatings, said Wall, with about 30 diners at each seating. Check here for ticket info. Proceeds from the event will benefit Project Endure.
