Food & Wine magazine announced its list of 2015’s Best New Chefs, which includes Milktooth’s chef/owner Jonathan Brooks.

Jonathan Brooks, chef/owner at Milktooth, was just named one of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs of 2015.
The 30-year-old Brooks, who found out about the honor about a month ago, is in New York City for tonight’s party announcing the magazine’s lineup of best new chefs.
“It feels good,” he said, but added, “It’s not a solo thing. This is the climax of a lot of people’s hard work and support. I just feel lucky and proud to represent Indianapolis.”
