Turning bananas and vinegar into a cocktail?

Not sure if this is going to work, but I’m going to try making another shrub. 20140521-124419-45859795.jpg Since I made the strawberry shrub the other day, we’ve also tried one with cantaloupe, which I’m not sure about. I tried mixing the canteloupe shrub with rum, and it wasn’t bad, but it needs a little something else. But inspired by a shrub I recall seeing in the cocktail list at Black Market, I’m going to try one made with bananas. I’ll let you know how it turns out! — Jolene Ketzenberger
